The Challenge: Historically, Canadian auto shows relied on ground staff to manually manage bookings—a process that was both labor-intensive and prone to friction.

The Solution: A dual-sided platform:
For End Users: A self-serve web interface to browse vehicles, view real-time availability, and manage bookings.
For Brand Managers: An iPad-optimized dashboard for high-level vehicle oversight and schedule management.

The Impact: Reduced "on-the-ground" overhead and a more seamless, self-directed user journey.
